Refund and Returns Policy

– Return Policy for Roop Jeweller – 7 Days 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Roop Jeweller. Our return policy  allows you to return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review the following  guidelines : 

  1. Eligibility 

– To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

– Goods to be returned must be available for the Seller to collect between the hours of ( 9.00 am to  6.00pm) from Monday to Friday at the address of the original delivery. 

  1. Initiating a Return 

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@roopjeweller.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return. 

  1. Return Authorization 

– Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and  issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number with your returned items. 

-Following deductions would be made while making any the refund for your 

returned item : 

– Gold rate as per current or invoice rate, whichever is lower, if outstanding. 

– Full labour deduction. 

– 10% Deduction on Diamonds

-5% gold weight deduction 

– Full stone deduction 

  1. Return Shipping 

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items. 

  1. Non-Returnable Items 

– Customised or personalised items, as well as items not in their original  condition, are not eligible for return. 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items 

– Please note a unboxing video without any pause is required for any case of damaged or defective  items 

– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us  immediately at info@roopjeweller.com or call us on +91 9100606555 

– We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping  Costs. 

– We do not accept damage claims that may have resulted from  mishandling the product. 

– We do not accept damage claims once the product has been moved to  a different location from the point of delivery. 

  • Goods to be returned must be fully re-packaged and sealed in the original packaging format, demonstrating the order number obtained from the Seller 
  • Please ensure that the persons unwrapping the goods are very careful and keep the inner and outer wrapping of the original packaging intact. 
  1. Refund Process 

– Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the  approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a 7 Working Days timeline. 

  1. Refund Amount 

– The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges. 

  1. Late or Missing Refunds
